It is with great sadness I have been asked to inform you all that Mrs Joy Smith has very sadly passed away.  Aunty Joy, as she was known to so many of us, was a real one off, a great character and someone who was loved and respected by so many people far and wide.

For many years Joy did the catering at Croome Supporter Club events and there will be a some of us who well remember her organising the tuck shop at Croome Pony Club camp for years.  It was such a personal delight for me when we held Croome Pony Club camp at Cowsden, for a couple of years during the nineties, that she came out of "retirement" and did the same again, thus becoming "Aunty Joy" to another generation of children.

To Nigel, Geraldine, Joanne and Nicola and their families we send our heartfelt condolences at this very sad time, our thoughts and prayers are with you all.
